New Construction Timeline (90 days)
Our Design Process

Contact us by email and leave a detailed message about your new construction project.
Let us know what type of construction (Commercial, Residential, Addition, Renovation, etc.)
Include reference photos for design inspiration.
After receiving your email we will contact you for a Free Project Consultation.
We will discuss the needs of your project and the services we offer: Building Design, Construction, and Estimation.
Design cost is $1 per square foot
As-Builts cost is $1 per square foot
All survey services bill hourly ($100)

Free Project
Consultation
After the Project Consultation if you wish to enlist in our Design Services we will ask you for a design fee and we will outline your Design Package, which details your documents package.
Full payment is required prior to booking Design Sessions with your Virtual Design Consultant.
Design Sessions are done virtually via Google Meets on a weekly basis.

Appointment
Design Meetings are done virtually using Google Meets video.
You will need a Desktop Computer for this Video meeting. You cannot use your phone.
During each meeting your Virtual Design Consultant will discuss your Building Program, which details your building needs.
The VDC will draft and model your new construction project during the meeting and will show you the results.

Design Meeting
After your Design Meeting, you will receive a PDF of the Floor Plan that was designed. You may also receive other views, such as Elevation Views, Section Views, and 3D Views.
You will be asked to mark-up and make changes to the drawing. These changes will be incorporated into the Floor Plan prior to your next Design Meeting.
These changes are known as Revisions. Each Design Package has a set number of free Revisions. After using all Revisions you are billed separately per Revision ($50 - $200).
Preliminary Drawing

After using all of your Design Meetings in your Design Package, you will be asked to finalize your drawings.
In the event that you wish to continue development of the drawings you will be billed per Design Session or per Revision.
Additional services outside of your Design Package are billed separately. This may include Construction Estimation and 3D Renderings.
